FAQ
What is your process for referring clients to attorneys?
Our process for referring clients to attorneys starts with an initial consultation to assess their legal needs. Then, we match them with an attorney who specializes in their particular legal issue. We only refer clients to attorneys who are licensed and in good standing with their respective bar associations. How do you ensure the quality and expertise of the attorneys you refer to clients?
We ensure the quality and expertise of the attorneys we refer to clients by conducting a thorough screening process. This includes verifying their license and checking their disciplinary history. We also require that our referred attorneys have a minimum level of experience in their practice area and have a proven track record of success. Additionally, we regularly check in with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they received from the referred attorney. What are the eligibility requirements for public housing?
To be eligible for public housing, applicants must meet certain requirements, including income limits, residency status, and background checks. They must also demonstrate a need for housing assistance, such as being homeless, living in substandard housing, or paying more than 30% of their income towards rent. How long is the waitlist for public housing?

Absolutely brilliant and so supportive. My experience was so uplifting . I needed advice about a problem I have with my neighbours hedge causing damage to and breaking my fence. When Sheona, the volunteer, arrived at the table where I was sat she had a nice welcoming smile on her face and gave off a truly capable and professional impression. It was a relief she showed she fully understood the situation and all my worries were dissipated as she got to work to draughting a letter for me to send to see about resolving the situation. I left having had worries taken away and was extremely grateful to have been able to receive this amazing service. Thank you so much. A Great Resource.

Great location as it is right next to Waterloo station (you go out of the exit near platform 1) The hall we chose was big enough to give the number of little guests we invited enough space to run around. If you want to book any of the halls in the Centre make sure you book it well in advance as due to it's location it gets booked at a minimum 6 months ahead. Just to add I am yet to receive my deposit back from them. This maybe an administrative oversight but I would like it back
