Dissapointed as only purchased the car 4 weeks from waterhouse when started having stop start battery issues. Waterhouse checked it out and intially were very helpful and batteries ok just need to do longer journeys as running around wears the battery. They charged it up but sure enough next journey same issues. Now just had to fork out 170 on diagnostics and a battery as now damaged and not covered under warranty and no good will jesture from waterhouse.. I chose petrol to get away from short journey issues and not made aware of this. Hope its not loosing the family feel now its Lookers. Not a happy customer.

Fantastic service and excellent teamwork, by far the best costumer service i have ever received from Mark and Steve ( actually the whole team). Highly trustworthy, efficient and knowledgeable. Their service was outstanding, very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you very much for such a great service and a great support for me. I use the Waterhouse Volvo regularly and they are always helpful. I highly recommend them.

Bought an xc40 which was a simple no stress process. Sales team were helpful, when we picked up the car it was covered and a bunch of flowers waiting. Since then the car is off for it's second service . The first one not being great but credit to the service manager who corrected the sloppiness of the mechanic and restored my confidence in them .

Good service, easy to park when I went to have a battery replaced. Did go in with the intention of purchasing a new key as ive misplaced one. Having never lost a car key before I was aghast to be told its £300! Decided to keep looking down the backs of sofas and in the depths of handbags.

Staff are unfriendly. I won't name drop but fairly disappointed considering the brand. It has surprised me considering the majority good reviews on Google for Volvo Chelmsford. I don't believe this was a one-off occurrence as the staff member I was speaking with was also rude to me earlier in the week. Hopefully this comment helps them improve their attitude. One should never be left to feel awkward as a potential prospect.
