This is the first time we have used WaterGuys. We cannot rate WaterGuys highly enough. They were extremely responsive from beginning to end. Within a couple of hours of initially contacting WaterGuys they had visited our home to view the works (removal of an existing boiler and installed a new hot water and central heating boiler. They also arranged for an electrician to undertake some works). As we live locally to WaterGuys they didn't charge us a call out fee. Later the same day they provided us with a written works pricing quote. The job was completed by two professional engineers who arrived on time, completed the works within the agreed time frame and in accordance with the quoted pricing terms and were conscious of protecting our wooden floors. It was also comforting that we could pay WaterGuys by credit card. Other companies we had contacted demanded advanced payment by bank transfer. We will certainly contact WaterGuys again for other plumbing related works. Service: Water heater installation
