I had reserved a booking for the outdoor terrace (which was confirmed in my email). When we arrived, the host (who could've been the manager) told us to be seated at the bar. I had politely told him that my booking was for the outdoor terrace, to which he then proceeded to tell me off and was very condescending. He told me it was my fault, I made the booking and I did not choose the terrace. Afterwards, he "did us a favour" by giving us a table outside. We showed him my email confirmation of the booking - he didn't apologise and did not care. The staff were friendly and fine, the food was abysmal. The foods could've been much better for the prices we paid. Would not recommend and will not go again.

Drinks are nice. Mediocre sushi and wouldn’t recommend Mac and cheese. The halal wings were nice. Great area for Shisha by the river Thames. View is amazing, food was a bit of a let down
