Water metrics were contracted to replace the pump on our communal pond, Whilst delays are possible at the moment, there is no communication and the date they advised after confirming receipt of a pond pump was missed. They advised teh wrong cable was supplied, promised to sort it for the following Monday and then missed this date. they then advised it would be sorted on Friday, but no one turned up. When I phoned they advised the pump was replaced and an electrician was needed to install it. As they install I don't know why an electrician wasn't booked. The pump looks like the old one and does not seem to have been replaced and the electrician did not show again. They don't answer the phone or communicate Not great service and very disappointed
