Absolute chancers. Created an account and bill from a none existent water meter , with made up readings and sent monthly bills. Then we're unable to deal with the issue because I didn't pass the data protection. When provided with all requirements, they still can't sort. Just go away.

Sent me a bill for over £1,000 for a company that’s nothing to do with me. They’ve been told it’s a mistake but they keep issuing bills with an amount outstanding over £1,000. They’ve also been harassing my tenants to pay bills that I’ve already paid. Have been through complaints department who did nothing. Will likely end up in court where I’ll also be seeking compensation for my property manager’s time in dealing with this. Hopefully CCW can help.

Water plus - Do not use and stay away! The worst company ever.. Dont believe me - Just google "Water Plus Complaints" to see complaints to SPSO, OFWAT, CCWater & Watchdogs from hundreds of 'customers'. This is a joint venture between united Utilities and Severn Trent. Water Plus fails on even the basics but once they have your details they will continuously harass you and threaten you with debt collection even though their records and invoices are incorrect. Their admin systems are regularly down, they cant even find your customer notes, told us we didnt have an account, we werent required to open an account, we had £0 balance, account closed, they couldn't bill residential users.. but yet 1.5 years later they apparently want to change us £1000 for water.. A complete joke of a company and my advise is do not engage or take out any services with this company! Stephen Ellis may well respond to this and TrustPilot review but it is like he has a full time job trying to resolve the numerous customer complaints online!

I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Water Plus and to double-check any bills received from them. It is essential to ensure that you are not being charged for services you have not used or bills that have already been paid. I sincerely hope that no one else experiences the same level of frustration and disappointment that we have encountered in dealing with this company.

If I could give minus I would! Avoid at all costs! Faulty meter and trying to charge the earth for water we haven’t used! They owe us money! Disgusting customer service. Won’t respond to email so there is no evidence in black and white! Should be ashamed

They say they have been sending bills but when I questioned them they dont have the correct address. The street name and postcode is wrong. I've tried to sort this out and also the landlord of the building has been trying to sort out paying for the water and drainage for the whole building, but they have ignored his requests ( they get more money billing individual units as if it's multistory each unit below is paying for the same roof space) . I also gave them my correct address which they have ignored. They then harassed one of the people who train at my place ( I run a martial arts gym) who had nothing to do with the unit, which they got off my website ( ironically where the correct address is as well). They are now threatening with county court which I cant wait to attend but alas won't receive the letter as they still dont have my correct address. How can they be legit if they use your website to harass someone not the owner of the business and still not send a single letter to the correct address. Oh and before they come on and say contact them, I have about 20 times. Done now I won't even communicate with these charlatans.
