On Saturday me and my kids decided to come here the pirate pool was amazing my kids loved it and want to go again. All staff were lovely especially Weronica. She was very helpful she had given me a tour around when I mentioned getting a membership overall its a great place would come again.

Very busy, had to queue for showers and then for a changing room, limited to within the hour so if you book for a time be there early so you get in the pool dead on time.

Would not recommend having membership with them at all costs! My child was having cold after every swimming lesson because of freezing pool temperature. Decided to cancel membership, but was told at reception that have to contact online for cancellations. Tried to get in touch via online forms and emailing directly on numerous occasions, but they ignored. Ended up cancelling DD payments as there was no other choice. They were quick enough to pass details to debt collector agency, but not bothered to reply to emails. Shame on you!
