Creative and attentive to detail. Our water feature was a narrow stream, with a gravel bed, that started with a tiny pool at the top and tumbled over and around rocks to a larger pool at the bottom. This was all removed and replaced, by Ryan Storm of Water Features, with a new design using slate and black pebbles and the installation of a new pump and filter. Ryan's organisation, cooperation and quality of work was first class. His attention to detail, even down to the sound of the water tumbling, resulted in producing a feature to be proud of. At all stages Ryan discussed the design, how it was going to evolve and blend into the landscape of our garden. A first class job. This review would not be complete without a mention about George, Ryan's work mate. A very polite, tidy and conscientious worker.

We are over two years into our pond transformation. Ryan and the team completely re-designed our pond and surrounding area, did all the paving around it and put in a beautiful waterfall feature which we love. Ryan recommended planting choices, and I followed through with this and the pond area is now mature and thriving, the fish love it too. It is a wonderful place to sit at the end of a busy day. It used to take two of us many hours to clean the old system, now the maintenance is so easy to do. We continue to see Ryan during our annual maintenance visit, and are very pleased that we continued with the maintenance programme to ensure we keep everything in the best condition.
