FIRST CLASS CANCELLED WITH NO COMMUNICATION FROM WATER BABIES. FAMILIES LEFT IN CAR PARK WITH NO IDEA OF WHAT WAS GOING ON. (Milestone Academy, New Ash Green) It is unacceptable that the company cancelled the class without notifying any of the parents who were attending, leaving families stranded in the car park without any information. As a baby swimming company, Water Babies should understand the importance of keeping parents informed about changes to their schedules. Canceling a class without notifying parents is not only unprofessional but also shows a lack of consideration for the time and effort that families put into attending these classes. It is particularly disappointing to hear that some families travelled over an hour to attend the class only to find that it had been cancelled. This is a significant waste of time and resources for these families, and they deserve better treatment from a company that they trusted to provide a reliable service. Overall, I would not recommend Water Babies based on this negative experience. It is important for companies to prioritise communication with their customers, especially when it comes to events that are so critical to the well-being of babies and their families.
