Awful experience and customer service. We used to swim with with Water Babies with our older children but the quality of the service they provide has massively declined. Very poor communication when I was trying to book a class. I needed to chase them several times to find a suitable class for my son despite being assured that I would be called back. The whole business seems money orientated now rather than client focussed as it used to be before. I would definitely not recommend them anymore. What a shame.

I love m’y Water Babies experience and must say I found that it has great benefits for my baby girl who 1) is comfortable in the water and putting her head underwater 2) enjoys it greatly and 3) learns a lot! It has also tons of benefits to me (her dad) as 1) I get to spend time with my daughter 2) thoroughly enjoy seeing her grow and develop and 3) it gives me more confidence to have her around water. Our instructor Cheryl is also amazing, professional and very reassuring with the kids. Highly recommend it.
