I bought a Mondaine watch from WatchNation- it stopped working three months after it arrived. Assuming it needed a battery replacement. I took it to Timpsons who informed me that it wasn't the battery at fault but a watch component. Naturally I returned it to WatchNation for repair/replacement. WatchNation refused to to repair my three month old watch. claiming that the watch had been damaged internally and so were not responsible. In my view a below par response. They then took over a month to return my broken watch to me.

This is the second time I have used this Company. And I wish all the rest could take note. I ordered on a bank holiday Monday and the Watch was on my wrist on Wednesday!! Cannot fault them. The watch arrived safe and sound and exactly as promised. I love it Thank you once again. I will be back!!

I went in for some help today and was ‘greeted’ by an extremely condescending woman that I would be ashamed to have as my front of house staff. I rarely leave reviews but she was so abrupt and overall rude that I felt I had to. I won’t be going back in to be treated like that, sorry.

Overall scummy company with no idea what good customer service looks like, or feels like. I'd elaborate for their own growth but it's pointless... they know they're terrible and don't care to change. All you need to know is that they're rotten to the core and they're really not worth your time and don't deserve your money.

**EDIT** My review stands, but I have since spoken to Kevin at Watchnation who has a much more friendly attitude. He has explained to me, that due to low staff, the lady may have been stressed with the post order. An apology has been given and I feel better. After a chat, I will give Watchnation another chance. However, I've explained that this review will stay because my experience on the day was still a negative one. I hope my experience is better in the future. **END EDIT** Probably should be a zero-star review as I didn’t even get through the door! I travelled 45 mins from home as I knew the store had a few hundred pound off a certain Maurice lacroix I’ve had my eye on… Arrived within the advertised opening hours to a locked door, but rang the bell. The lady came to the door and told me “are you buying something, im doing my post”. I told her I wanted to look. Obviously I wanted to look at the watch before I agree to drop almost £2000 on it. She told me no, I couldn’t look unless I was buying it. Door shut… sale lost. Well done to watch nation, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere in future.
