Dear lord, what a sad little company. Ruined my watch buying experience, completely. I do not have a watch and you have my money, but now I hope you spend it on getting some lessons in grace and decorum because this company has the grace of a reversing dump truck without any tyres on. Sold me a watch online and then emailed me on the proposed date of dispatch to say they got the price wrong on the listing and my order was cancelled unless I paid them more money within 5 days. They still have my money. The manager who emailed me won’t return my calls, despite messages left and promises from his colleagues. I would have understood the mistake and paid fair price. However, the additional money they asked for takes the watch well above the price of their competitors (30% higher than I found online elsewhere) as well as higher than similar models on their own website. Dirty business practices and cannot be trusted! Order #1105197
