I had a good experience with Watchfinder. The customer service was great and I got paid quickly. Don't expect to get the best possible price for your Swiss watches here, they are essentially a pawnbroker with a luxury looking storefront.

COWBOYS..pound shop pawnbrokers masquerading as a high end watch retailer. I contacted these guys via email and agreed a price for my watch dependant on me providing them with certain criteria . So I made the trip to Leeds to take my watch it's original box and relevant paperwork. I arrived at the shop they said everything was in order and would receive full payment in under a week. 7 working days later I recieved an offer £500 less than agreed. A similar watch to mine on the website was a full £1100 pounds more than they offered me. They are complete liberty takers. I asked them to return my watch and wished to raise a grievance the branch manager told me over the phone they don't have a formal complaints process.......I wonder why?

Watchfinder is without doubt a very professional dealer, I bought my wife’s Rolex from them for her 40th and have just purchased another Rolex for my daughters 21st, they are extremely helpful, courteous and polite in all manners, it will be my sons 21st in a few years time and I will definitely be turning to Watchfinder for another purchase when the time arrives, I really can’t praise them enough.
