Very disappointed to receive no contact from Watchfinder relating to a complaint I made on Saturday . Promised a call from a Manager to day and nothing received . I have called and had to leave 3 voicemails on the customer service line . Still no call back . I am trying to buy a watch.... The price has been increased and then reduced back down to make it look as though the watch has been discounted , which it has not . Sharp practice from this company

We have looked at watches on the site and used the make offer option a few times. The offers were only a little below their asking price but they do not respond back. For a business to not bother responding to enquiries from new customers is concerning.

We hit a couple of complications during the process from the head office side, but the Birmingham staff were spot on throughout.
