He was able to repair all the previous damage in less than 30 minutes and the quality of his work was truly exceptional, and at an affordable price. It was a delight and a true pleasure to meet Halit at the Bond Street desk. Going in for an engraving led to 2 hours later leaving with 5 items, with NO hard sell but honest customer service and genuine help. It had the best experience I have had in a long time. Indeed the warmth and friendliness I received were second to none. I got accurate and honest advice, not the "hard sell" you get in many other companies/stores. The authentic wonderful experience and support were genuinely incredible. The product knowledge from Halit was second to any, and never seen this before Globally, including the stores like Harrods and Selfridges. The unique engraving was mind-blowing and professional like nothing I have seen, with personal shoppers from Selfridges waiting in line to buy and get engraving done. Let me tell you; it was the best experience ever. I cannot wait to spend more money and visit very soon, which I am sure you do not hear too often from customers, especially now! I was blown away by the personal service, care, and attention; they were so professional, polite, and helpful, but most importantly listened to what I was saying and, by now, knew me to match my needs. When he spoke, it was so factual regarding the knowledge that I felt I was at college again and wanted to take notes; he was just so friendly and approachable. The service was incredible, and then I realised I should leave the shop before I started finding a corner to work, having been so welcomed, and by now, it was 7 pm. I was utterly blown away by being treated as an individual and as someone who could relate to and understand my needs, concerns, upsets, and issues, WHICH I CAN NOT AND HAVE NOT found anywhere these days. You can keep the glamour rubbish stores, this was your true "bread and butter " store selling great stuff, and I appreciated the straight old-fashioned customer service I am pleased to say I got. All the above is more important to me than that rubbish and a dire need to get out of those stores quickly. Honestly, I cannot praise this store enough again. Thank GOD for your great company, as you know. I pray this message and feedback get to the CEO. Again, a BIG WELL, DONE.
