Sent my Tag off for battery replacement and service. They advised service wasnt required and just replaced battery. It was reassuring to hear they didnt just do the service when it wasn't needed and charge me for it. Great customer service and care throughout the entire process through initial contact and sending me a box to post the watch to them through to payment and dispatch. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
