They sent me an offer via email which was decent after I filled in their online form. I wrote that the watch had the original box and instruction manual. I spoke to them several times over the phone and they were aware that I was taking a 6 hour round trip to bring the watch in. I booked an appointment and took the day off work. He then told me that they wasn’t interested in buying the watch. The watch is exactly how it appeared in photos and I brought everything that they knew the watch came with. No apology for wasting my entire day, not to mention £80 on petrol. Do not waste your time. Luckily I was offered a good price by H&T just around the corner who seem to get a lot of unhappy customers from watchbuyers. which luckily saved the day thank god. Extremely bad service if you can call it that. Operating from back of a dingy pawn shop selling £10 kids toys in the front. Not to be trusted
