I write this review with a heavy heart. This company is a con. They are far from professional with staff and their customers. Please do not use this firm. Should you decide to take employment from them or use their services, please ensure you cover yourself before proceeding. I would advise you obtain a contract from them or provide your own (if you are a customer). They don’t pay their staff or make unreasonable deductions from wages due to their errors. I am owed wages from them, they claimed for a £30 deduction for their mistakes and decided to keep the whole of my wages of over £700. After speaking to other people, I know in the industry this company is well known for this. I just wish I researched this company more before proceeding employment with them.

**DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY** Currently 5 men are starting court proceedings towards this company as the Ower mark thinks he dont have to pay wages , was told we was being charged for materials that he ordered incorrectly and we was told to send back by his son which then lied and said he never , also bullies and talks to the younger staff like absolute dirt and deducts £40 off there wages for being 10 minutes late and £20 for using there phone once in the day , we was all shocked at the manner and tone they was spoken to what an absolute joke of a company , anyone that decides to work for this 🤡 clown will soon realise it was a big mistake. Now we have left we have heard that he has been doing this for years anyone that is looking for work DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE HAVE !!!
