When I first came they gave me a price and then when I came back to pickup the clothes they upped the price by £15 and didn't even bother washing one of the bags. Apart from that, awful customer service, the people were very rude and just sounded like we were inconveniencing them by asking them to actually do their job. Would never go again. I advise against ever going to this place.

I paid in advance for my duvet to be dry cleaned, I went to collect and I was asked for an additional £1 but as I had already paid I did not have any money with me. I offered to pay by card but they do not accept them and just kept telling me it was an additional cost which I needed to pay. I will not be returning especially as no prior knowledge that the prearranged cost may be subject to change.
