Very happy with Wash Cycle's service. Our tumble dryer broke down when we had a lot of bedclothes and towels to wash and nowhere to air dry anything that big, so it was great to be able to book them all in with Wash Cycle. I had to make the booking a couple of days out due to slot availability, but on the day the washing was collected in the morning and back with me same day. You do need to put the laundry in a bag for collection, even if you've selected the option saying you're not using your own bag. I had it in a laundry basket by the door for handover and ended up putting it in a recycling bag. It comes back in a reusable bag though so I don't expect I'll have this issue for the next collection, just a first time issue. Would definitely use this service again, it was very efficient and everyone involved was very friendly and helpful. Was slightly disappointed no bicycles were involved, given the logo :D

An excellent service, the people are friendly and personable and the clothes always come back folded and smelling lovely. After the washing machine breaking down they were a blessing, now we split our laundry between the new machine and this service which has been a wonderful quality of life upgrade.
