I have had the same issues as previous reviewers. I cannot believe this company has any customers. I should have known from the very beginning when it took 3 weeks to respond to my initial enquiry but I thought perhaps it was a one off. I followed the instructions and sent my beloved bell tent off to be cleaned and repaired after not hearing anything I rang to find out if they had even received it they confirmed they had and gave me a reference number which again I found odd as I should have received this in an email when they had received it from the courier. Several months later and still no correspondence I ring to enquire and was told rudely if I’d read my email I would know it was at the repair loft and that is who I should ring. A very helpful man tells me he has not received my bell tent. Long story short emails are bouncing back now no one answers the phone and I haven’t got a bell tent. Rubbish company disgusting customer service and whoever answered the phone when I did get through should be sacked. This company doesn’t deserve this star

Just one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Lost my tents for a while, zero apology or embarrassment, making me call back every so often to see if they could be bothered to find them. After poor communication on email I tried the phone instead, and was spoken to SO patronisingly I actually had to put the phone down in disbelief. I did get the bell tents back eventually, and some came out pretty well, while one was barely better than when it left. I just don't see how they are operating with such bad organisation and lack of care for their customers. I can see I'm not the only one who feels the same so I'm off to find another service

Worst experience with this company. Please excuse the long review but it’s worth reading before using this company. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Sent off 5 bell tents to be washed and waterproofed and then sent to the repair loft. Many months later I receive a rather abrupt email stating that they are not a storage facility. I then call to find out my tents have just been sitting in their warehouse and not forwarded onto the repair loft as agreed. Each time I called to speak with someone it was the same guy who answered who was so arrogant and condescending it was unbelievable. My tents finally got sent to the repair loft and finished within a couple of weeks. The repair loft guy was so lovely and apologetic on behalf of the other company. I finally got my tents back and realised that the tent bags were missing. This took longer than it should have done to rectify. I did in the end get the bags back but had to send someone down to the warehouse to retrieve them. We are based in east Kent so a long journey. Upon putting the tents up, they looked worse than they did before we sent them in! There were patchy clean bits and obvious parts where they hadn’t been cleaned at all. Like they’d shoved too many tents in the washer at once and only a parts of them had managed to be cleaned. Not only did they look terrible, they are absolutely NOT waterproofed. My tents have now leaked horrendously every single time it has rained and they’ve started to mould almost immediately. I called the guy to complain and he was so arrogant saying I obviously didn’t know what washed tents look like as I’ve never had them sent off before. Now, I may have never sent my tents off to be washed and WATERPROOFED before.. but I’m not an idiot and can quite clearly see what washed, not washed, washed terribly and NOT WATERPROOFED look like. The guy told me to send them back at the end of the season so he could see whether it’s his problem or not, he then said if he deems this not his fault then he will wash and waterproof them again but charge me full price.. as (in his words) that’s business. I had to buy 5 brand new bell tents for the season as these were totally unusable. This whole experience with this company (wash and waterproof) has been so upsetting it’s taken me months to write this review. Just an awful experience with an awful company. Avoid at all costs.

They don’t even deserve a star!! Waited 2 months spent a fortune on couriers for them to lie about giving them our tent! Am taking them to court as still haven’t returned our tent. Lost income in bookings! The rudest man to talk to customer serve -10. They are scamming others too it’s now coming out as we get evidence to sue them!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Customer service was appalling. Responses to emails were often completely absent. Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. On the plus side when you did get a response it was at least polite. We asked for a wash and waterproof - it does look cleaner ( there is still obvious mould however but it is a bit better) but because of the whole process from beginning to end I'm not convinced it has been waterproofed ( I may be wrong) I shall try to waterproof myself. Final thoughts... try somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We entrusted Wash and Waterproof with our much loved yurt, and when they finally returned it to us half the canvas was missing, rendering the yurt completely useless. We are facing a replacement cost of £2500!! The company would accept no responsibility for the loss, and during correspondence, both by email and on the phone, their company director was rude, patronising and dismissive. The customer service we received was abysmal. Please avoid this company at all costs.
