    Not from a launderette perspective, but I've just been to collect a parcel from here (UPS collection point). I arrived at 12.58pm just as the man was closing the shop. I said I just had a parcel to collect (the website states the shop closes at 1pm.) He let me in, but to cut a long story short, in amongst the man telling me 'he has a life to lead' I've never met such a rude, arrogant man in my whole life. Its a wonder he has any customers if he treats people with that much disrespect.
