Disappointed!!! Have used them before and they have been excellent . This time round the skip was dropped off nice and a quick. Only when they phoned me for payment and after I paid, was I told I could only have it for 2 weeks, to which my response was I need for longer and I was told that should be fine. Today they came an collected it without even a phone call. I tried to stop the driver, but he said he was taking it anyway, even though I only wanted it until after the weekend!! Rang the office to try and get them to stop, but I was told I'd had it too long!! Conversation got a bit heated, as I still have stuff to put into the skip and was told I should have read the T&C's!!! Would have been nice to have some, as they are not on the website or the delivery form or via email!!!!! He then threatened to dump the contents of the skip on my drive, before hanging up!!!! Funny enough I will not be using them again or recommending them and this could have all been avoided by calling me a week in advance to say they were collecting!!

Shocking!!! Rarely answer the phone and when I got them to finally come and collect the skip they emptied half of it on to my drive!!! No call to say they were doing it. AVOID!
