If i could leave 0 stars i would do. This is directly related to Covid so they may be wonderful at other things. I contacted the clinic in December to get a covid recovery certificate. I contacted reception and clearly explained my siutation. We have this all documented over email so WPH then asked me to pay and they'd get the certificate. It seemed simple so we went ahead, but on speaking briefly with the GP she refused to do my wife's certificate (which the reception staff were clearly aware off the situation and processed payment). Given this, we were then offered a refund and after a bit of going back and forth, they stopped responding to anything. They've not responded to anything for months now, so i'm having to follow up with separate action. I've used private clinics globally and never had issues like this - there is serious communication issues between their reception who take payments and GPs, so i would advise anyone using them not to pay anything until they have spoken to a GP. Overall, awful clinic, terrible communication and stay away. WPH adds a response which is untrue. The reason we spoke and paid initially was based on what the admin team told us, but you insist on not admitting a mistake and take to saying you have 'threats'.

I had no hope that I was going to be able to fly home the night before, but still reached out hoping for a miracle. And it worked. Thank you.

Dr. Raj and his team were an absolute joy. We feel very lucky to have found them and don't know what we would have done without them. We searched high and low for a couple of days with no luck or straight answer as to how we could safely fly back to the U.S. I think this pandemic along with its rules and guidelines change every day so I do not fault the previous vendors we talked to but Dr. Raj was very knowledgeable and was able to recite CDC guidelines and procedure right off the cuff. He was able to explain to us every step of the process and delivered on his word every step of the way. Hats off to Warwickshire Private Health Group. AM
