Waited weeks no response to email regarding rubbish, stones, gravel, earth, etc on road next to housing development by my flat. Noone cares if someone has a broken car window screen from a rock flying up off the road. Actually a road safety issue but they didn't respond.

Absolutely hopeless. I rang 5 times and each time the call was terminated before I spoke to anyone, I have given up trying. Local services at their worse.
