Would be better if the clueless staff in the climbing area where actually doing their job properly and being welcoming to the members/guests. Some of the staff is quite nice. The bouldering area is decent and the sports climbing is good as well. Hope the staff gets some training on how to actually do their job.

Nice climbing lead walls. The reception staff were sarcastic and didn't want to be there. Nice climbing staff. Awkward rules around footwear that nowhere else has, like needing shoes when belaying. Seemed like a manager had a personal vendetta about it. Long sign up and induction test so book and come early for that.

It's a really good facility, and the only climbing venue I've ever been to that's actually warm in winter! Sometimes the setting feels a bit infrequent, though.
