I have been attending Warwick Lodge Herne Bay office for over 4 years now. Everyone has always been most accomodating, pleasant and professional for every appointment. On a recent visit, Rita and Mercedes demonstated how very caring they were by putting me at ease for the procedure which was done quickly and as painlessly as it gets. I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The clinic was recommended by my friend Nisha, who is a part of this clinic. Dr. Digant and Nurse Archana were wonderful. I had my tooth extraction and they did a great job!! Though I was very nervous, their friendly approach eased my nervousness.The ambiance of the clinic is excellent. I needed an extraction due to an ongoing problem that has been causing my trouble for a good few months (trips to Ashford hospital for antibiotics,to delay the inevitable!) And I must say I couldn't be more impressed with Warwick Lodge,very friendly, efficient and put me completely at ease! Due to the lack of required care and treatment from my previous dental surgery I was pointed in the direction of Warwick Lodge. So glad as now I am under the care of Rita. She was shocked at just how bad things had got but has this under control and has suggested and begun the treatment that I really need and should have had well before now. Even after a couple of visits I can easily see the difference. Rita and her assistant nurse Sorina are amazing. They've put me at ease, reassured and double checked all is ok as treatment proceeds! Thank you! Many thanks also to receptionist Claudia who has managed to arrange appointments when it's easy for me to attend avoiding time off from work, much appreciated! If you're thinking of going to Warwick Lodge then hesitate no more.. Incredible team!
