    OMG they are dreadful no response to email (very rare) cant get through to speak to human and want large sum of money to do this,one of our residents have had a leak in the roof coming to his apt for 2.5 years and still not fixed and outstanding items through out

    I have never had a good response from issues/requests. I have raised a ticket over 4 months ago and the manager GM closed the incident only saying he was aware of this and nothing has been resolved. Raised the issue again and not even an acknowledgment has been sent. Called today and the answer is: you need to e-mail the manager sorry we can't help.
