Not a nice place to stay. It’s too expensive and there is no privacy, there are inspections at least once a month without 24hr notice. In fact, once some maintenance guy came into my room while I was showering. And a cleaning lady came as well to “check if I had left for the holidays”. Everyone has access to your room. I would really recommend to find somewhere else. They never notify you about anything that is going on in the building. They put notes about inspections saying: “inspections will take place from a certain date” meaning they can come anytime. Which even by law you have to tell 24 hrs before. And be specific of the time that will occur.

Just returned from a 3 nights stay here. Absolutely brilliant, very clean and comfortable. Lovely en-suite, plenty hot water with soaps and towels. No TV but that’s not everything. Swipe card makes the accommodation safe and very accessible. Food was very good with buffet style and very efficient welcoming staff. Access to Coventry and Leamington Spa is brilliant by local bus services. I’d definitely return.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GETTING AN OFF-SITE HOUSE WITH THEM. QUICK SUMMARY: THE ACCOMMODATION TEAM MAKES STUART CROFT LOOK LIKE AN ANGEL. The staff do not understand your problem, belittle you, and made my friend pay for not being able to clean her room even when she couldn't come back to clean due to the COVID 19 lockdown and was going to return next year anyways. There is not a shred of sympathy or understanding. When we asked them to review the fine they made, the reviewing panel were partial to the accommodation team; did not at all take into account the students' issue and just continued the fine. Would be better if they scrap review mechanism (which, let me be clear, is a joke) - save my time and effort.

Worst university accommodations in the whole world, they left me without electricity for 4 days, pure quality buildings with new issues coming up every single week. Better stay off-campus.
