Being located in the local One Stop, it does get very crowded. The post office was reduced in size a few years ago which means that there is now only one person dealing with customers so the wait can be very long also. If this post office wasn't so close to home, I'd use the the post office at the Locks Wood Shopping Village, Locksheath.

Took some parcels in on way home from work only to be told 'sorry post office is closed as the lady is out the back doing something else' I asked politely if he could ask her to serve me as it's open hours and I couldn't come back, he did but the other person refused. Sorry but if I come to your post office in opening hours I expect to be served, it's simple really, if I came out of hours fair enough, but you were OPEN sort yourselves out
