Warren Lane surgery is a busy place and things don’t always go to plan. The staff are always courteous and very helpful and recently we had a problem sourcing a prescription for my elderly father. The surgery were very helpful in finding a suitable alternative and arranged for the new prescription and delivery very quickly.

The engage service is brilliant and I have always had a positive response. The reception manager has recognised when I have needed an urgent appointment. They have also been very receptive to sorting out prescriptions or fit notes. Overall, a brilliant service thank you 😊

Absolutely the very best phone medication review! This was my second annual review and it was well worth the time and input. This has to be one of the best innovative and practical systems within the practice. I learnt more about my medications and what they actually do,different interactions and the reason they have been prescribed. Usually there isn't time at a regular 10 minute consult with a GP to discuss what you have been prescribed previously. So this is a review taken by a clinician who knows medications in side & out. Really impressive! Thank you!

If it was possible to give no stars I would, it has never been easy to get an appointment but it is now near impossible, its all well and good asking people to phone in after 8am if you are retired or work suitable hours, personally I finish work at 4am which means 3 hours sleep to be on hold for a average of 45 minutes to be told no appointments left irrespective of how potentially serious the problem, I have concerns over a possible prostate problem. I now expect to receive the default copy and paste "sorry to hear of your concerns, please contact the surgery manager " Will add that once you can get past the gestapo on reception the doctor's are excellent

My husband and I have been under the care of Forest House Medical Centre for many years. There have been frustrations at times with doctors not being available but by and large the whole team have tried to help. Everyone is polite, caring and always prepared to do the right thing. Although the team have problems the service they have tried their best to resolve the situation. This morning I tried to get an appointment online. There were only three doctors and even when I thought I had an appointment, it wasn’t so and the answer was appointment no longer available. I then phoned. I was something like 46 in the queue. When the member of staff came on she listened to me, was kind, her attitude and professionalism could not be criticised. She offered me an appointment over the telephone and was very good. I then had a call from Dr Shreh. I have never met him but his attention to detail, his caring attitude, kindness, politeness and immediate action was 100%. I cannot fault the service I get from this practice. Thank you.

Warren Lane Surgery is quite simply the best surgery of which I have been a patient. Each and every member of staff have treated me with professionalism and care and I am sure they treat all other patients the same. I have had a couple of appointments recently with Nurses Hannah Tyers and Emma Stevens who, in my opinion, are both exceptional nurses and are a pleasure to be treated by. For anyone new to the area looking for a GP Surgery, I have no hesitation in recommending Warren Lane Surgery.
