Huge thank you to lovely efficient lady who was able to do an exchange today. After appalling advice on Monday from bromley branch.who said I had to drive to shop where items were bought.otherwise I wouldn't be able to get full value of £120+ buy.not happy with 4 hour drive but delighted all WJbranches dont all work like bromley did.
