Went to have a look at some earring to match a pendant I bought a few days before. Caucasian girl with blonde hair was very rude, I asked to see two pairs, she kept rolling her eyes at the colleague and wouldn’t talk to me, I took a look at the earrings but they were not what I wanted as I was about to ask to see the second pair she took existing pair from my hands, put them back …walked away into the office with a bad attitude. I looked at the other staff member and said “was it something I said?” In sheer disbelief….I think she needs some customer service trainning because it was a very uncomfortable experience for me and I’m shocked that the manager hasn’t noticed her behaviour and taken further steps.

Absolute SCAM! No refund policy is told on point of sale !!!! Avoid! This is the worst place to buy a jewellery, those people are rude and just trying to scam the customers. Avoid this place to buy anything otherwise you will regret.
