This is not a walk in centre. You need to call 111 before attending. Called in 45 mins before closing to find this out. Anyway, wouldn't have made a difference as the nurse had already left!! Closing time was 8pm.

This is no longer a walk in centre, which is a shame because it was a really good walk in centre! The receptionists, and nurses/doctors are all brilliant and friendly.

I went on line to 111 and requested a callback. I was called an hour later and given an appointment at WFUCC for 2 hours after that. I saw an excellent friendly knowledgable advanced nurse practitioner who assessed me, discussed my treatment and explained what to do if I didn't improve in the next week or so. He prescribed my treatment and sent it to my local pharmacy. I couldn't ask for better and all on a Sunday! Our fabulous NHS - thank you.

I attended the centre on Tuesday 27th Dec. I had spent over an hour attempting to ring 111 with no success. The excellent receptionist booked me in as an emergency. There was one other child with his father in the waiting room. The nurse who treated me was a disgrace. It was though she resented me for wanted to be treated. Did she wanted to be paid for not treating patients? I note the practice is no longer a drop in centre but an appointment centre through 111. Then poor performance of 111 needs to be addressed. An appalling experience apart from the kindness of the receptionist.

I have been there once and waited for prescription for over 30 mins. My second attempt was as an out of service GP who did call me when I was in agony and needed my painkillers as soon as possible. I have received the call from Indian accent lady. It was quite hard to understand her from time to time so I did kindly ask to repeat herself to me after I’ve heard “I’m sorry I’m very tired and I’m sick of repeating myself to you. I’m here since 12pm and I can’t be arsed” as the manager in the restaurant I do work 12-14hrs a day serving, running and dealing with hard cases customer. I have never treated anyone like this not matter how tired I am. I do understand NHS is overloaded with patients but you cannot put blame on us. We are simply human and if something is wrong we do seek help. Two stars are only for location as service been given to me was terrible.

Had surgery on Wednesday, and needed assistance with bandages, as well as other concerns - where the hospital failed to provide any kind of provision for aftercare, Warren Farm Urgent Care Centre provided the very best care, excellent support, advice, and health provision - probably the best I've experienced from any NHS provider. A complete gem of a place - it really makes a difference when a medical professional cares!

Absolutely great and qualified service, yes so much better than a GP, they are NOT a walk in centre anymore. Technically my wife should have gone to A&E but those wonderful people treated her and gave her advice on how to get our GP to help her properly. Many thanks.
