This is not a walk in centre and hasn't been for 2 years. I found this out the hard way. Do not try to attend without an appointment. I was very kindly given a leaflet with other local walk in centres to try instead. Although unable to help me further or arrange an appointment the receptionist on the front desk was very polite and courteous.

Adam was amazing today; very considerate, caring and kind. Having been passed from pillar to post, the GP, then 111 and finally this centrer. He was the only person who listened and prescribed medication that has sorted me out after 2 days of agony. Thank you

I'm pretty sure you're told to use the walk in centres instead of clogging up A&E. but was told today they cannot do stitches and to go to A&E (it's a cut from a Saw blade that won't knit together). So now hubby is on his way to Good Hope to get it sorted. What do these people actually do?

I went there as my current walk in centre is closed and I had second degree burn on my arm. I waited a little bit in the que but it's wasn't so bad. I was seen by the nurse who was so gentle and almost felt no pain as she was putting on the dressing. After 2 days I came back to change it and I dealt with very nice nurse it went really fast and she gave me lots of tips and information on how to deal with the burn afterwards. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend. Thank you team at the Warren Farm 🤗

I had to give it 1 star to write a review but really deserves a zero. I took my 18 month grandson a while ago as he had been unwell for a few days and we could get a dr appointment. After waiting hours we finally got to see a "Dr" she had absolutely no idea how to coax a screaming child with what turned out to be an ear and throat infection. She told me to hold him down while she put a thermometer on his ear. She was absolutely disgusting and her nails were filthy. Avoid at all costs

Absolute disgusting experience at this establishment. I was seen by a large lady name Joahan i believe she said. I breathed in a load of smoke and it caused me to cough and a feeling in my chest which is still present. I went here because i couldn't get a gp appointment and i finish work late. The woman tried to belittle me a grown 32 yesr old man. I couldnt believe it i nearly said something back but i didnt want to be rude. I said ive got asthma and asked if i could get am inhaler just incase my chest gets bad she's respond we are trained professionals and look out for wheezing. She said if you called the fire brigade they wouldn't help either. Not sure what she meant by that but she was trying to be sarcastic. She could have said you chest is fine and it will clear up or whatever but nothing it was more disgust she was expressing because nothing was wrong. I'm kind of ashamed of our NHS right now, if they are the people we have to hire. I would genuinely avoid this place it seemed she was annoyed i went there because my oxygen levels were good and my heart was normal soni should have know better. I do actually feel like buying my own equipment to diagnose myself. The place is basic. Avoid
