I have made a couple of successful warranty claims with Warranty Wise. My only complaint was that on my most recent claim (over £1k) I had to pay the bill up front with subsequent monthly payments being reduced by the same amount until paid. This is fine if you have the money up front but not great if you don't.

Been with this company for 2 years and had no issues but only iam now assuming because I have not had any repairs required on my car. Timing chain needs replaced, 2 weeks of my car being in the garage waiting for them to issue a go ahead for the garage to carry out the repair, but they were only waiting so long so they could look into reasons not to pay for the repair. They found the reason, so not covering the repair. My car was going through its MOT and the reason was that the car was not under MOT, tried explaining that of course it is as it is in the garage going through it and that's were the repair costs are coming from, but just constantly got negative comments on the phone so gave up, I actually had premium cover so MOTs are meant to be covered. Terrible, terrible company
