Very poor service throughout. Every month delayed cost £1,150 in continued rent - they absolutely do not care. In the end the seller simply moved out, leaving the property vacant as she too was desperate to complete and move on with her plans too! There are two systemic problems: 1. They have too many cases. Any email sent receives an auto reply saying how busy they are and instructing customers not to chase them! 2. They work in a linear fashion and so (for example) it was only when the water company problem was sorted that they revealed that "Help to Buy" had a charge on the property. That could have been dealt with in parallel, saving time and rental.

Very disappointed with the service, wish had gone elsewhere. No updates or feedback unless chased, unless payment required then strangely plenty of communication. Sent on a wild goose chase to get bank statements that included my 90 year old father having to visit his bank on a 2 hour round trip. Despite requesting these documents, when supplied, told these would not be sufficent and different information then requested - appalling.
