    Install, take money & run. 2 weeks after installation boiler starts leaking onto electrical socket under it. Neither Warmzilla nor the contractor who installed answer or reply to messages. After 2 days paid for somebody else to fix. There is no accountability with this firm as all they are is a middle man connecting you to any independent plumber who has paid to register with then. As the plumber operates under Warmzilla, not his own company, there is zero incentive to ensure a proper job has been done. They just want to make £1000 profit for 3 hrs work and vanish. Brother had similar problem with faulty installation from a Warmzilla contractor. Ended up paying more than £600 to get a well known reputable London plumbing company to address the issues.

    Worst commercial experience ever. Sent 2 different installer in 2 weeks. Lost 2 days with them. They didn't take the job and left me alone in both circumstances. They don't comunicate with their sub-contractor. They are a nightmare. Stay really far form them. They have just the price right, and if you are so unlucky to book them you will easily understand why.

    We got a new boiler and radiators installed. The boiler required the gas pipework to be upgraded. This required a long run of new copper piping that had to run externally from the front of the house to the back. This was included in the original quote/price. No nasty extra charges. The engineers who fitted the boiler and radiator's were excellent. They were professional and very courteous. Even when they encountered obstacles or issues, they dealt with them without any fuss or drama. I would highly recommend Warmzilla and Hannah in particular for all her help and updates throughout, from order to instalation.

    I had an unpleasant experience with Warmzilla. I was impressed by their website, measured the space in my cupboard for the new boiler, researched one that fit according to the measurements given and booked an appointment - all very easy. On the day of installation I showed the fitter the cupboard where it would fit and he started removing the existing one. I told him I would be within earshot if he needed anything. When I came back an hour later he had already fit the new boiler on the wall but not in the same place as the old one, it was now sticking out at the bottom of the cupboard and he informed me he had cut the cupboard to make it fit better. I told him I was unhappy with the position of the boiler several times, especially as I had measured the space and the new boiler. He told me serval times it wasn’t possible to move it and finally told me that he was about to 'lose his rag’ (get very angry). I said I was unhappy but signed the completion form as I felt intimidated by a stranger getting angry at me in my own home. I immediately complained to Warmzilla and they blamed me for not telling them I had unique requirements - except I didn’t… I had followed their exact measurement guidelines and the boiler was to be fitted in the same cupboard for which there was plenty of space. I felt their tone was unsympathetic and, from my point of view, they seemed to be blaming me for the error. When it became clear there was no option apart from paying for a new boiler installation, I accepted a £68 credit to pay for a cover for the part of the boiler that was now sticking out of the cupboard. From the start of my complaint, Warmzilla seemed aggressive to me, and the installer left me feeling somewhat intimidated. After posting this review, Warmzilla contacted me within less than an hour requesting me to remove the review, saying it was "criminally suggestive". I consulted with a solicitor, who said this is nonsense so it was yet another example of Warmzilla making me feel intimidated. They also said the position of the boiler was now due to the window frame, which was completely new information that no-one had raised previously, not even the installer. I also asked them to point out where my review was criminally suggestive, defamatory or incorrect so I could amend it, and they did not respond. I was going to amend my original 1* review to 2* because they did offer me some form of compensation, although I only accepted the statements of satisfaction because I saw no other possible resolution to this issue apart from the boiler being removed. However, after the overnight email exchange, it felt like they were bullying me to change it so I’ve reverted to 1*. My specific feedback to Warmzilla would be as follows: - Please specify the additional boiler measurements on your website. If you ask customers to check the boiler dimensions against their space, then it should fit - Instruct your installers to consult on boiler placement before they proceed with installation - Don't accuse your customers of giving you misleading information, especially if it is not true In conclusion, I would highly recommend you NOT use Warmzilla.

Couldn’t say anyone had been here- was left spotless. Ideal boiler was registered and documents received within the week.

    Trashed our house. Used our bluetooth speaker without our permission. Damaged our carpet. Left the central heating partially working and blamed it on us. Took over 3 months for them to call a compentant engineer to fix the central heating. Warmzilla should be called Coldzilla, as they left us freezing! We got there in the end, as we refused to pay until it was rectified. The 'operations manager', 'Rhys' eventually, after contstant poking and reminding called the engineer to fix the heating. Either way, we would most certainly not reccomend using Warmzilla under any circumstances. They're cheaper than others, for a reason! They have a phone number which will NEVER put you through to a human. How frustrating! The next company is only £100 more, we wish you used them instead!
