Unprofessional and don’t respond to calls. The work hasn’t been completed and everything has been left in my front driveway. The workers are pestering me to sign of the paper work so they can get the money even though job hasn’t been completed. Keep away from this useless company.

UTTERLY SHAMBOLIC SO FAR Currently going through getting wall insulation. I have already had and expressed reservations before (arrogant brisk mannered american person from warmworks) the technical survey and wasn't disappointed by the shabbyness of the tech survey. Basically we do it quick, we don't take any care and we just overboard everything we can (including plywood window bays....??). I assume this outfit and contractors mainly earn their money via consultancy rather than doing the job. Because going though their process is of putting to say the least and cant see many folk with a clue letting them loose on their homes. Any issue is dealt with by like it or lump it and "your getting this for free!!!!!" omitting the fact I could (and looks like) I may be inviting cowboys and clowns free reign with my property with only a 1 year guarantee. I may keep this updated as I fear it could be useful in many an enquiry into the competent usage of public funds and the nest feathering bureaucrats in charge of it. As a person with a fair bit of knowledge of construction and insulation this lot are cowboys with little clue, earning large salaries, employing other cowboys to get the easiest job done as possible or heed paid to the properties needs. Do it quick, do it cheap, hope it holds... THIS REALLY NEEDS A PUBLIC ENQUIRY UPDATE:25/4/23 After many emails to them and no answers , or means of talking to them. And claims of no receipt of of emails. they appear to have maliciously cancelled the work on my property in response to this review. I have received a letter today of Withdrawal from the scheme with no instruction to do so or that I was instructing them and cancelling and withdrawing myself. Nasty and vindictive treatment of "customers" with legitimate questions and concerns regarding disabled people being used as Cash Cows and being sold short , and ripped off along with the government.. 50 million quid of PUBLIC CASH gets funnelled through these feather bedders. Reports of installers contacting them to offer them help installing with no reply, and only one company seeming to get all the work? Somethings going well wrong somewhere and nobody seems to be keeping account or providing oversight. 50 MILLION POUNDS OF PUBLIC MONEY WITH NOBODY KEEPING CHECK OR NOTICING THE POOR POOR PERFORMANCE. I asked a simple question. How much is my work budgeted for. Because apparently putting skirting back is for disabled folk to do and "not in budget" so I asked several times of warmworks and contractors Envo, "you are clear on things like skirting, vents and joinery as not in budget? So what is the budget? So as I am clear on what to expect and how much is it billed or estimated at by envo to you, warmworks?" Nothing but avoidance of the question or emails blanked then lied to by warmworks about receiving them, or reading them. I estimated the job including labour and using more expensive celotex4025 and 4050, = £2200 Inc labour and materials needed . Trades are only here for for a few days each, or partial days, 70 sqm of skim at £14.00 per sqm. They don't appear to employ joiners only "installers of board" so they have considerable economies it would appear. But everything from faulty vents to skirting and basic joinery are not in budget. Hence the question of budget. 3 weeks of emailing Christine Grahame MSP to alert Her to this review thread and the others(!!!!) and to ask for some intervention or oversight on this inter related entity. NOTHING other than an auto reply.. WHISPERS SOON BECOME SHOUTS ANYONE AFFECTED SHOULD LET THEIR MSPs know until it gains some proper oversight.

First class service from Warmworks! Kept calling me to update me. Every appointment was kept and everyone was very prompt and arrived when they said they would. Every single person I've dealt with has been professional, polite and very helpful. Installation carried out by Montali and wow, they went above and beyond in order to do such a professional job. They had a very hard time with my concrete walls and flooring but they did an amazing job and 3 very polite, very hard working men managed to complete the work in one long day. Absolutely over the moon with how things went. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ♥

Had an install under the eco4 scheme due to our son's complex health care and life saving medical equipment. Warmworks told me they where trialing a company envo, we received our install from subcontractors of envo, and the equipment used doesn't stand up to what their general contractors everwarm produce in households also qualifying. We fortunately do have all relevant paper work now with contracted quotes that have been billed for so shall be querying and producing our findings to auditor. Our final install although working has also failed warmworks inspections twice and still no confirmation of remedial or if proper equipment has been quoted and supplied. Install was Nov 2022. It has been raised many times, and we have since met families with children similar to ours whom have been fortunate to have everwarm complete the install with equipment that properly suits their needs. Unfortunately ours has approximately £3500 of equipment unaccounted for.... Questionable. And I have the invoices to collaborate my statements. Sadly it seems somewhere along the contract someone has capitalised on our son's life shortening condition and our exceedingly high energy cost to keep him alive. Shame on them. This will generally produce a generic response of please contact customer services, I have 5 times. If requested I'd would happily upload images of the install and the documentation for it to be seen publicly.

Joke of a company, taking advantage of Public funds. Manage to contact me to arrange a survey of my house. Wasted half a day. Never replied to any my followup email. They have sent me a letter stating they try to reach me several times which is a lie. And given me 2 days to provide 5 letters from council, pension and government offices which they know is impossible. Otherwise my application is cancelled

What a complete joke. Awarded cavity wall and solar panels only to be told the week before installation that the gov had put on hold funding which I later found out to be a complete lie. Many calls later with no updates and more excuses I now have been told that there is no funding in my area. Actually glad they didn’t go near my house as god knows what problems I’d be left with! Worst company ever.
