I have never had a bad experience with this company in all the years of work they have done for me as a builder working on numerous projects From there fitting team ashley trian and Levi there work is always tidy and clean and spot on The factory staff always go the extra length to get the best products out the fitters to give the best result for the customer They have never hesitated at all on any of my requests on some extremely hard jobs to go above and beyond for me Tony and Stuart are always available to contact at anytime to help out even it’s out of work hours Thanks to warmwhite I have had Many elderly customers who are scared to have the windows done because of the expense but they have always come up with a more then Reasonable price for them

Warm White Windows came highly recommended and after using them I can see why. They managed to source and fit a narrow Composite door. I only mention 'narrow' as it's a width that other companies couldn't source or were ludicrously expensive to do so. Now that my door is installed, all I can say is that I wish that I'd done it years ago. T h a n k y o u . I dealt with a guy called Tony and while he was professional, fair and extremely clear on everything I needed to know about the timings, cost and their service. The best bit was that he was easy to contact and so, at the end end of the of the day it's safe to say that we had no surprises. None. That's aside for the perfectly fitting door. - hence the 5 stars. I love it, as does our heating system, this is because the house is now draught free.

From beginning to end, they were up front, honest, clear, and communicative. They informed us about the delays to our doors and window at the 'measuring up' stage- delays that were out of their hands- so we knew what to expect re timescales. The fitter was also an absolute gem. His workmanship and finish was second to none, and he was so kind and helpful. The aluminium style doors and windows they stock are a great product. We had new upvc double glazing installed in all our windows, new front and back doors and a new conservatory. The price quoted was competitive and was the final price with no added extras. There was a good choice of doors, window configuration, glass etc)The back office (Tony) was efficient and responsive (very patient with our changes of mind) and the installation team (Chris, Ashley and Ernie) were great, working efficiently and cheerfully, and leaving everything clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. All in all a much better experience than we had been expecting!

I have now been waiting 10 weeks for my windows and doors and have a very cold and getting damp house because there is nothing there except boarded up holes where my glass should be. 10 weeks and still no expected delivery date... really not good enough!!!

Used this Company twice now. First time was a replacement door and window - company came around listened to what I required, suggested options and provided clear quote. The fitters arrived on the date and time as per requirements…polite, friendly, hardworking and quality of the work was superb. Second time was for double glazing to the front of the house, again clear quote, regular updates and the fitters that arrived were fantastic. During heatwave they didn’t stop working, polite, friendly and all over nice guys, real credit to the company. For a person with an old house and tradespeople regularly in the house, I highly recommend this company, like a breath of fresh air!
