The member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative about her products and srrvices and what we might need. If you're looking to upgrade your fire or fireplace then this is a great showroom to visit as a starting point.

Seemed nice enough but had trouble getting in the hearth samples I wanted which was annoying and wasn't helped by the fact they didn't bother to keep in touch about it. I rang a couple times about them over the course of about 6 weeks and it was "We'll definitely have them next week" and then I wouldn't hear from them. The last time I rang them nobody was answering so I left a voicemail which went completely ignored and I haven't heard from them since. Gave up in the end and went with York Fireplaces in Birmingham - much better service and they got the same samples to me within a week...
