Please avoid this company. They were recommended to our landlord via the estate agent and have done such a poor job which was made a lot worse by their unprofessional attitude. Subsequent visits from other plumbers have made us aware that parts they fitted either don’t function o and even are leaking. They left us with no hot water and claimed it was nothing to do with them. Every time they visit to address one problem they’ll tell you there’s another that will cost you more money. Dreadful, they have been instructed by the landlord, late for appointments, rude customer service, and they schedule more appointments than are required (just to come and check again what part is needed, having attended twice). I imagine just so they can charge the landlords more, engineers seem to have no clue, they weren't even able to tell us what one of the boiler switches did. Avoid.

They want to get as much money from ypu as possible. Tgey keep sending new engineers who come and not fix the issue, and they have no continuity at all. They appoint a time, but never arrive not even knowing that they have failed. Poor service, lack of customer care, lack of experience. Time wasters and money wasters. Service: Plumbing leak detection

We had the engineer come to our apartment to fix the heating, as it wasn't effective. The engineer arrived at time specified, and fixed the problem by releasing excessive air out of the radiator and pipes. The repair had immediate result and now the heating is working effectively.
