Bought a multi-fuel stove from here years ago which was installed by them and they did a brilliant job. However the back plate fell off my stove and no spares companies could assist. I therefore visited the shop with my back plate and within a couple of days a refurbished back plate was ready to collect. I was advised how to install it and I am pleased to say it is fitted and working. Absolutely fantastic, personable service provided! Thank you!

We cannot sing the praises of Warm Interiors highly enough, for their professionalism and service, right from the first introduction through to the complete installation of our log burner. We contacted three local companies to supply and fit a log burner into our brick fireplace, only Warm Interiors responded! We called into the shop and spoke to Paul, who after discussing our requirements provided a written budgetary estimate, we then arranged for him to visit our house and carry out a survey. Within a few days we received a formal quotation and we placed the order. Through no fault of Warm Interiors we had to wait for the log burner to be supplied and installed. The installation team were in and out of our house within 4 hours, they were so professional, they covered up everything and cleaned up. After they had finished and they gave a comprehensive talk through on how to operate the fire, what logs are to use and safety measures. BOY what a difference the log burner has made to our room making it more comfortable and what's more reduced our heating bills

Paul and Cas supplied me with a new LPG fire and arranged its fitting. The whole matter was really well done from start to finish; in particular, they got the work done quickly, even during the busy pre-Christmas period, so that my visiting family could enjoy it over the holiday; and the fitter John (assisted by his daughter) did such a good job that the man who subsequently commissioned the fire for me praised their workmanship. Cas, Paul, John and John's daughter were friendly, courteous and helpful at every stage, and the fire itself is excellent. Heartily recommend Warm Interiors.
