Online orders only so did an order then went to collect. No shop to look around. But I was running late and called ahead, they said no problems and would stay open until we arrived. Great customer service. And the glass was well wrapped and amazing colours.

Take no notice of 4/5 day delivery time, after 5 days no notification that parcel dispatched so made a call only to be told nothing wrong and they have just started processing orders that are 5 days old and couldn't see anything was wrong as it was going to be dispatched within the guide of 5 days, not delivered!! so I assume if you pay £1 more for 1/2 day delivery means you just jump the que and order gets dealt with straight away. don't order if in a rush !!

Absolute disgrace this company. The exmas 12 day sale is a scam. I ordered a kristal 2000s grinder at 830am on the day of the sale the 5th of december. The site excepted my details and i paid for the item which was showing 10+ in stock. I get an email on tuesday 6 th at 16.15 to say they had no stock of this item. And could not full-fill the order.. obviously were taking orders from only members or familiar customers. I will never use this company again . Creative glass and tempsford glass are a league above this scamming glass company. Thats probably run from a garage somewhere.

2 stars for all the lovely products. 3 star off as I takes a long time to order something. Since the webpage was changed it takes forever for the pages to load. Last order took over 2 hours to buy 2 products!!! Page is slow, it is lagging, I was't able to update the basket. Shocking!!! Luckily, there are other glass shops. Something should be done

Disgusting service, I am still waiting on my order that was placed on the 7th of November, it was sent to the wrong address, then I was promised 1 day delivery service a few days ago, chased it up and I was given a time slot for today, now I get another an email saying it would be delivered on the 29th! I have never experienced anything as bad as this before, 30 emails back and forth. Time and money wasted!
