Our check-in time is from 3 pm onwards, but we are happy to accommodate early check-ins if possible. Check-out time is 10 am, and we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment in the same condition they found it.

What is the cancellation policy and fees?

Our cancellation policy is as follows: if a guest cancels their reservation more than 14 days before the check-in date, they will receive a full refund. If they cancel between 7-14 days before the check-in date, they will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.

We do not charge any additional fees or charges, as all of our amenities are included in the rental cost. However, we do ask our guests to pay a security deposit of £100, which will be refunded after the check-out inspection if no damages or losses have occurred.
