I highly recommend that you DON'T use Warlingham Paving. Michael came across very knowledgeable and polite at the beginning when we asked him to re-design our garden, but as soon as he got the job his attitude changed. Firstly, he said he would do the job himself and instead he subcontracted it to his friend Dan and Michael was nowhere to be seen. Then, he messaged my partner that this job is a "headache" for him because we queried a few things, which is normal if you're spending over £10k on your garden. This was only the beginning… He realised during the project that he may have under-priced the job and continuously tried to get us to pay for things when the job was not done. We paid his electrician to install the lights on the stairs and retaining wall, who did the wiring wrong and didn't finish the job, resulting in us bringing our own electrician on the job. Whenever we queried any work they did, he got annoyed and only wanted us to do things the way they wanted and not like the design we showed them. The relationship was starting to get tensed, so we told Michael to leave the job as he was nothing but a cowboy builder. And to top it off £300 worth of goods have been stolen from our garden since the relationship turned sour. Bringing him on the job was the worst decision we made. Now, we're left with a small fraction of the job done so we need to find someone to finish it. I would avoid him like the plague.
