Seriously good customer service. This is why I buy from a local shop! Not just because I'm supporting local business, but because Warlands have a great team and give you a lot of help. I wanted to buy an e-bike and it took me about 4 weeks to decide. 3 chaps, Andy, Ben, and Steve, were all brilliant and what I ended up with has been a brilliant bike, all kitted out with what I wanted. Highly recommend, both the e-bike and this shop.

A bit hit and miss. Sometimes extremely helpful, but I've had some staff be very rude as well. I stopped by once to have something very simple adjusted on my bike, which would likely take about a minute. Instead of helping me, or telling me that they were busy and to come back another time, the staff member made me feel like an imposition. They spent quite a few minutes telling me how I might fix the issue myself, and how they could do it very quickly – which actually took much longer than if they had just fixed it. They said if they spent a couple minutes fixing issues for everyone who came in the store, they would not have time to do anything else, but the store was empty at the time. I understand store owners can be busy, but I do not think it is very clever to tell a customer who comes to your *bike* store asking for their *bike* to be fixed that they are stopping you from getting other things done.
