They will try and charge you for government issued recalls. I pay for Epipens. This GP called me on consecutive days to exchange mine for a safe one. On arrival, they asked for payment. So I'd have paid for 2 epipens and ended up with one, if I hadn't pleaded my case - shady way to make money.

They can never find my prescription, despite me leaving more than enough time for it to be collected (I mean at least a week). Staff are rude to one another and this translates to their customers. My prescription was ready and I was not made aware (not the first time) not even sure who to send this feedback to or if it will be acted upon.... overall a very frustrating experience that I still have to pay for the 'pleasure' of using.
