    So impressed with this surgery, it is fully operational and back to normal since Covid. Never have trouble getting an appointment. Our GP Dr Shaw is the most lovely helpful lady who always has time to listen, always running late but that is because she cares. When you hear horror stories of other practices still not up and running fully since Covid we are very luck to be registered with Warders

    Again like many other comments I will mention one of the receptionists is very rude. Was awful to me when I called pregnant for the first time a few months ago and really unhelpful/snappy. Made me really upset! I complained to my doctor and he called it "unusual" clearly not by the other comments here!

    Overall wonderful and caring doctors, and mostly lovely receptionists except one who is so rude and nasty and cruel. Shes difficult to the point it feels like shes a dragon guarding appointments and you have to appease her to earn one. Its ridiculous

    Extremely sharp receptionist, one word answers and didn’t seem willing to help at all with any alternatives, appointment dates or solutions. I felt like I was an intrusion. “Do you have any appointments?” “No” “When is the next available appointment?” “Next week” “Can I have a female doctor?” “No, you can only have a Penshurst doctor” …Not to mention, interrupting me mid-sentence to ask my date of birth.

    Extremely rude receptionist! We were prescribed something that was not available due to manufacturing, we asked a lady on the reception kindly to give a call to the doctor so he could give us some alternatives. In a minute or so she came up to us saying 'You can't find alternatives yourself!? It's very easy just go to any shop and buy this and this. I tried to explain her that this is the first time I was prescribed this medicine so I have no clue what can be the alternative to it. So she gave us a paper with some writing she did herself I assume (apparently our alternative medicine). Neither I nor 3 more people from other pharmacies could not read and say what was written there. We were really upset how a person who should be the most of help for people when they need it treat people like this.

    terrible first impression - I was trying to register and the reception were rude, kept interrupting me and practically waved me off. Nearly every other occasion where I have phoned the reception have continued being rude and interrupting and sound like you are bothering them.

    I went and got my Covid booster here and the doctor who gave it to me (I unfortunately didn't get his name) was kind, professional and calmed me down as I am quite nervous around jabs. I hardly felt the needle and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you!
