We had a chalet on here and it was awful The manager was so rude and he would charge extra money if you wanted his staff to pick up rubbish I asked for them to collect old paint about four tubs and he wanted to charge me £15 ! I could see the compound from our chalet ! He said it’s for the staff Xmas party ! He then invented a £100 fine if your wheels touched the grass ! The pool was hardly open even in the summer months And when it was you had to pay £1 person to the lady sitting there reading her book ! We thought the use of the pool was included in your ground rent ! The swing park at the back of the park was old and tatty and rusty . One good thing was a dog walking area which had a fence around it . If you went to the office he was so brash and rude no social skills what’s so ever . We are now on a new site and it’s like a different world ,helpful staff ,complete access to pool Reasonable prices in clubhouse and more so three -five min walk to main stretch of leysdown . Do not buy on this site he is slowly not allowing you to renew your ground rent as he wants the chalets gone and 12 month lodges built . Stay away please !!!!!!!
